1. Introduction

Welcome to PristineClean Canada. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at www.pristineclean.ca ("Site") and the cleaning services provided by PristineClean Canada ("Services"). Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our Site or Services.

By accessing or using our Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our Site or Services.

2. Services

2.1 Description of Services

PristineClean Canada offers residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to regular maintenance cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and specialized cleaning services. The specific services to be provided will be outlined in the service agreement or quote provided to the client.

2.2 Service Scheduling

Services are provided by appointment only. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested appointment times, but all appointment times are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments with reasonable notice.

2.3 Service Estimates

Service quotes are based on the information provided by the client. If the actual conditions or requirements differ from those described when scheduling the service, additional charges may apply. We will notify you of any potential additional charges before proceeding with the service.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Pricing

All pricing for services is in Canadian dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any price changes will not affect services already scheduled and confirmed.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, e-transfers, and cash. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

3.3 Late Payments

Invoices not paid within 15 days of issuance may be subject to a late fee of 2% per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Client Cancellations

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling of services. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

4.2 Company Cancellations

PristineClean Canada reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, health emergencies, or staff unavailability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients promptly and reschedule services at a mutually agreeable time.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing reasonable access to the premises to be cleaned
  • Securing or removing valuable or fragile items
  • Identifying any special concerns, materials, or areas requiring special attention
  • Notifying us of any known hazards or unsafe conditions
  • Ensuring all pets are secured during cleaning

PristineClean Canada is not responsible for damage resulting from client failure to follow these guidelines.

6. Service Satisfaction

6.1 Quality Guarantee

We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.

6.2 Service Limitations

Certain tasks are beyond the scope of our standard cleaning services, including but not limited to:

  • Cleaning of biohazards, including bodily fluids, mold, or asbestos
  • Moving heavy furniture or appliances
  • Cleaning of items requiring specialized equipment or techniques
  • Exterior windows or areas requiring ladder work exceeding 2 meters in height

Additional services may be available upon request for an additional charge.

7. Liability

7.1 Limitation of Liability

PristineClean Canada's liability for any damage to property is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided. We are not liable for:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Pre-existing damage or conditions
  • Damage resulting from client's failure to disclose relevant information
  • Indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages

7.2 Insurance

PristineClean Canada maintains comprehensive liability insurance. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

8. Website Use

8.1 Account Creation

Some features of our Site may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

8.2 Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site
  • Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access the Site
  • Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or other harmful material
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site
  • Collect or store personal information about other users without their consent

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PristineClean Canada or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. The compilation of content on the Site is the exclusive property of PristineClean Canada and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site or Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site or Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Site or Services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
